What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 minute of generated audio. A 30-second track costs 0.5 credits (rounded up). Credits reset at the start of each billing period.
Are credits refunded if generation fails?
No. Credits are deducted at the time of generation request, as ElevenLabs charges on generation start. If a generation fails, credits are not refunded.
Can I use the music commercially?
Yes, all paid plans include a commercial license. Free plan music is for non-commercial use only.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You won't be able to generate new tracks until your period resets or you upgrade. Paid plans can purchase overage at per-minute rates.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Canceling stops renewal at the end of your current period. You keep access to your plan until then.
